This enrolment form is specifically for physical therapists who have already had their enrolment confirmed by Pelvicon for the PELVICON Pre-Conference Pessary Workshop on Thursday 7th September.

 

Please note: for International Physiotherapist needing an alternate Pessary Practical Workshop for the POP/SIU Course please use the standard WHTA Level 3 Advance Pelvic Floor Course enrolment form.

 

COURSE:             WHTA Advanced Pelvic Floor - POP / SUI 

 

DATES:                 Mon 7th August, Tuesday 8th August, Sat 12th August, Sun 13th August 2023

 

TIMES:                  USA (West Coast):  7am - 3.00pm each day

                              USA (East Coast):   10am - 6.00pm each day

                              UK / IRELAND:        3pm - 11.00pm each day

 

TOTAL HOURS:   30hours
